I have question regarding this item. Are theses latches in stock? What is the return and refund policy for this item. My hope was newly constructed in year 2000 and New Patriot manufactured windows were installed by builder. 23-years later The tilt latches and several of my windows have malfunction or broken, and I have been having a difficult time finding exact replacements that fit from sources such as Amazon. If I order these latches and they do not fit my windows, I want to know can I return refund?
