Screen door broke

The roller on the bottom of my screen door broke (you can see the black plastic retainer in the left roller). Also, the handle no longer works as the aluminum hook broke off from it.

I can't identify the model, only the brand and was hoping you could help me get these parts ordered.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 83-126 sliding screen door latch appears to be similar. As for the rollers, I recommend you start by taking a look at the 84-104 and 84-091M. Carefully review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.

Thank you so much for the reply, I will look at those in just a bit; the main piece I was concerned about was the part the roller attaches to. Here is a picture of the broken one inside the door, the first one should be the broken one; the second is the good one (but I do need to replace the roller as well)

The broken one is missing the 2 little "nubs" as it broke off with the roller that was pictured earlier.

I see what you mean. I believe the part you're showing in these new photos is a type of screen door corner, though it's hard to say with it installed. However, the rollers I recommended previously are compatible with the 95-020 corner. Take a look and see what you think.

I just took the screen corner out, and they look very similar. Can you verify if that is the correct replacement piece? If so I'll order 2 of those and 4 rollers. Thank you so much for your assistance and I hope you are having a wonderful day!

I do agree that your corner is very similar to ours but it's not a direct replacement so I can't say for sure if it will work for you. However, it is definitely our best option. I apologize we can't give a more definitive answer but you can find our return policy here just in case.
