Decorative Butt Hinge, Non-Mortise

Hello, I purchased the bedroom set that included the Armoire in 1994. One of the hinges lost its finial and I am looking for a replacement. (See pictures) I am willing to replace all 4 if I have to. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Cabinets were installed in 1986. There is a capital A with a circle around it stamped on the hinge. One hinge, out of all the cabinets, is worn put and not self closing as it should or holding door shut. Trying to find a replacement. Thank you for your help.

I have two Thomadville American Oak pier cabinets and need to replace the hinges. There are six hinges per cabinet, so need a total of twelve hinges. The number I found on the back of the cabinet is 18911-385. Thanks in advance. Dave

Hello, Wanted to match the hinge on the right if possible. If not I could go with the one on the left as an alternate. Please let me know if you have this. Thank you!

I only have this one picture of the original hinge. Friend wants to replace a few of these with self closing version in a silver or shiny light gray color.
