1987 Milgard windows, need balancers

I build my house in 1987 with Milgard windows the balancer I have has a C 11 stamped on it but they measure 12 inches I would like to order a set of them

We can absolutely look into these Milgard balances, but we would like to see them first. Can you send some photos to let us identify your parts?

Could you remove the balance from the window before you take photos? I'll need to see relatively close-up shots of the top and bottom plastic attachments so that I can judge their shape.

Excellent! This is probably a Series 390 balance. If you have a 12" channel (photos are tough to read) and the bottom shoe shown in the photo below, then choose S390-12. 11C is equivalent to SWISCO's 1130 option, which you will need to place an order on the site.
