I bought this item, but it doesn't work.
This 2-Bar Hinge Set is 10".
I need one longer with 13 " to replace mine as it is broken.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have a 13" Hinge, but our 14" 36-004-14 should work as a substitute, so long as you have enough room on the sill to accommodate a longer hinge bar, and so long as you replace both hinges in the window at the same time. Let me know what you think.
