Sold a window to a customer and this part broke the first time they opened the window wondering if this part is available I KNOW carefree is out of business we have had the windows in stock for some time. Any help you can provide would be appreciated

I'm sorry to say that this balance is too damaged to identify. We need to see this assembly in undamaged condition along with any fittings and pivot shoes in order to help. Let me know if that's something you can get for us.
