Could you help me find the right window Channel balances, I need 4 of them. Thanks

We can replace these balances for you, but they'll actually have to be custom made due to their unique design. I need a clearer picture of that metal clip or hook that comes out of the pulley in the bottom nylon fitting. An undamaged version, with a clear view of the side profile, would be best. It might look like our 62-108, for instance, or maybe the 62-106. Once that shape is identified, I can get this started for you.

I'd be happy to help you with this order. Because custom balances can't be returned for a refund, however, we ask to see the original balance in all cases as a matter of policy. There are subtle differences between configurations that may render certain options incompatible with some windows, so it's always a good idea to start from scratch.

To that end, I'd like to see some photos of your balance to get started. We specifically need to see the top fitting, bottom fitting, stamp, and the hook or clip at the end of the cord. Once we verify all details of the configuration, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
