1) Part Number stamped on assembly is #2540
2) Length of channel is 26" x 5/8" x 5/8"
3) Overall length with guids is 27"

Hello!

It looks like you have either our S351-26 or S390-26 channel balance. The Series 351 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 390 comes attached with a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the diagram below to see which one matches up. You will also need the 2540 strength option.
