4 inch long hinge

I have a Hettich hinge with the numbers 1756 and 54 stamped under the cup and 3349 stamped on another part if the hinge. 1747 is the cross mounting plate. Do you have a replacement equivalent hinge?

The outer dimension for the flange on the left side of the photo you sent to me for the 32-340A is 2 7/16 inches and the dimension between the centers of the two screws on that flange you show as being 1 7/8 inches. The same flange on my existing hinge has those dimensions as being a bit larger than 2 1/2 inches and 2 1/16 inches respectively. So my existing hinge is definitely not a 32-340A. Do you have something that fits my dimensions more closely?
