My windows are 30 years old. Some of the sashes are broken and the locks do not keep the windows tightly closed. Below is the only information I have on the windows.
"Wenco JX-7 Premium Tilt is equipped with sash tension set screw in pivot block and Jam Jack adjuster for fine-tuning sash tuning operation."
Windows measure 22 1/2 x 53".

Is it the sashes or the locks that you're trying to source? If it's the sash, we cannot assist, because we do not ship or sell glass. If it's the lock, please show us a photo of the lock up close so we can identify it.

Ah, I think there's a misunderstanding. The sash is the glass pane/frame unit: the window segment that slides up and down. I think you may be referring to the balances, which contain a cord. We would need to see the balances to identify them, but we can replace them.

I was looking to replace the sashes as most of the cords are broken. Any thoughts on where I might get new sashes?
