window lock broken : SWISCO.com

I have a window lock that is broken and will not unlock the window. The handle is not engaged and will not unlock.
I don't know how to unlock it to open the window and remove the broken lock to replace it.

Thanks for writing in! Your window lock reminds me of a few we supply to narrow them down, I will need to see the lock removed. Take a look at the video tutorial to see if this may help with getting the window unlocked.

If you still cannot get it unlocked, you may need to hire a professional to come in and remove it.

I was able to remove the broken lock and would like to order a replacement. I have attached a couple of pictures taken from one that is not broken.

Thanks for the photos! They are a great help. I believe you may have the 38-095 Maxim Multi-Point Lock. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
