I need to replace the balance that came apart on the side of my window.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the end of the spiral that attaches to the top of the pivot shoe. We'll also need to know if the housing tube of an undamaged balance measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. Thank you!
