Thanks for reaching out! I do believe the 39-341 Roto Dual Arm Casement Window Operator is the correct match but I'd like to see a photo of the entire operator to be sure.
The black plastic piece at the end of the arm, reminds me of the 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider. Although, it appears to be slightly different, so you may need the 39-542 Roto 13" Face-Mount Track.
The sash bracket appears to be one of Roto's newer style brackets. We do not have them in stock at the moment but we have sent a request to bring them in. I do not have an estimated lead time right now but I'll be sure to reach out with an update when they are available.
