Ply Gem West Pro 700 Sliding Glass Patio Door Latch-Plate

Question

The latch plate for this door has gone missing (installed in a rental house). I need replacement latch-plate (and gasket?).
I hope that it's possible to get only the plate that is missing from the door frame, but if needed I've added details in case entire mortise lock and plate are the only option.

Hello,

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-238 shown below. This lock is commonly used with the 89-030 or 89-036 keeper. Review both options to see which would be the best fit.
