identifying replacement parts

Hi there, the worm gear fell apart on this set up and I am trying to narrow down what I would need to repair or replace the operator. Thanks for any advice. This is a wooden awning window

Thanks for your post! Since the worm gear has become stripped from the operator, the entire mechanism will need to be replaced. I believe you'll need the 39-083 Dual Arm Crank for the repair. The compatible handles are the 39-114L and 39-205 (folding) crank handles.

If you are in need of a replacement for the sash bracket, we do not have an exact replacement for yours but the 39-170 will work.
