Truth awning window operaror

Question

I am wishing to replace this awning window operator the arms have the numbers 41013, 41016, 41010A The production date is 09/24/01  the gears have dead spots, thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-239B Encore Awning Operator. It comes with the clips at the end of the arms, but it does not come with a cover and handle, so you'll also need either the 39-375 or the 39-451.
