Balance

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but unforutnately, the window label does not tell us the type of balance you need. We'll need to see the top and bottom of an intact balance to determine how it installs, as well as have you confirm the exact length of the metal channel. Please include the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!
