broken simonton window balances

Question

Looking to find quick repalcement assemblies.  the track width is 1 3/8" and 1/2" deep. is this enough info to spec the part?

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but unforutnately, we can't determine what you need with the coil balance still installed. We'll need to see the coils and pivot shoe they connect to fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. There should also be numbers stamped on the coils, which you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you!
