Your door strike can likely be replaced with the 89-017 Adams Rite Latch Plate. I'm confident this is the correct replacement, but carefully look over the dimensions below to confirm.
You'll need to hold onto the existing screws for the installation. If you no longer have them, we suggest the 33-090 screw.
