I can't find any identifying marks on the window or the parts. I can't tell you that the spring is half inch wide

Thanks for posting! Our 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe should work to replace what you have. Your exact shoe is no longer made but we are confident this should be a suitable alternative.

The 26-241 can be used to replace the pivot bar.
