Hello there. See the 82-030 Handle Set. This has 3-15/16" hole spacing, center-to-center. See if you think this could work for you.

Does it matter if tte door opens left or right? Or does the handle just go upside down if it matters?

The 82-030 is nonhanded, and can be used for either a left or right-handed setup.
