Window won't close

I request the replacement parts for this bedroom window if which the crank know and gears won't close all the way without going outside and pushing the windiw closed.

We should be able to assist with a new window operator, but to further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see a clear view of the operator arm(s). Along with a picture of the base with the cover removed. From there we can narrow down the correct option for your window. Thank you!
