I am looking for this part, it is the one that is the main pivot, it bascically hold all the weight of the door, it is the one that the screw goes in to adjust the door in the opening, there is a insert in the to accept the adjusting scrrew, cant find it anywhere

Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears that the locking piece of the adjusting pin is still in the plastic corner block. If the hole is 3/8", see the 23-119 bottom pivot. If the hole is 7/16", see the 23-135 instead. Review the specifications and see what you think.
