Balancer replacement

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

Your stamp indicates that you may have a 37-pound sash, but we suggest weighing it to be sure. If so, you can use either 2370 or 2375 strength options. Thank you, and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
