Thanks for your post! There is a chance we can supply a replacement for this handle set but I cannot may any guarantees. May I see the opening on the door where the lockset and mortise are installed?

Thanks for your the additional photos. I believe the 40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset could work to repair your door. If you'd like to stick with the chrome finish, take a look at the 40-183.
