Window balance

Question

I need some window parts.  To me the balance looks the same.  This window is a little different than the others.  It's curved at the top, but it's the only one with a label.  Can you help with this?

Thanks for your post! There is a chance we can supply a replacement for the window balance. Although, to determine the correct match, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance, removed from the window. I'll need to see photo of the top and bottom attachments to identify it.

This window latch reminds me of the 26-244A Tilt Window Latch. The left handed latch is the 26-243A. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
