Channel balance

Question

Need two channel balances. Was going to order a 29" Series 378 Channel Balance but talked to customer service and not certain that is what I need. I've attached pictures of the shoe depth, metal channel length and width. Also Guide end and shoe end pics. I have other pics if you need them. One of them shows a '28F' stamp on the 29" channel piece.

Hey there. I agree with you. It looks like the shoe depth is 7/8", so this would indeed be the Series 378 Channel Balance. See the chart below. If the metal channel is 29" long, then it's an S378-29. Finally, for the stamp option choose 2860, since this conforms to your old stamp of 28F. Let us know if you have further questions.
