Unigrass 6600 side mount drawer slides

We need to replace 2 sets of slides. The pair of slides on right side of 2 drawers were exploded to water and have rusted. The slides on the left side of each drawer are perfect. Installed approximately 2002. Also would need the brackets for rear mount. Would very much appreciate any help.  Thank you in advance.

The length of the rail which attaches to the back wall measures 20 3/8 inches from front of the rail to the far side of the white plastic bracket. Also, above should read 'were exposed' not 'were exploded'.
