My grandparents had this house built like in 1992/1993. They deeded the home to me and i am a new homeowner, trying to be independent lol. Can you tell me what sash balances and pivot lock I need as the ones currently on it are broken.

Hi Tonya, thanks for reaching out. I think you might have a 15-045 pivot shoe, which is 3/8" thick and 1" wide. Compare to confirm.
For the spiral balance, please measure the length of the metal tube, and its diameter. See the video below. We should be able to narrow it down from there!
