Thank you for reaching out to us. This balance looks like a match for the S380-30, S385-30, and S378-30. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below. 

You will need to weigh the window sash to determine the correct stamp option, as it is from an older rating system. A chart is available for reference under each Series' product description.
