PGT balancer replacement parts

Question

I have a PGT 24" x 60" single hung window that I need balancer replacement parts for.  The bottom moving window part is 24" x 30".  It looks like the balancers on each side have a number 7 on them.  And it appears that maybe there are two coil springs on each side.  Please let me know what I need for replacement parts

The compatible bracket is the 16-030 Clear Bracket.
