Thanks for your post! The hardware you're showing here is part of a window hinge. We can supply a replacement for the pair but you will need to replace the entire hinge since these aren't some separately.

I'm happy to provide a replacement recommendation. I'll just need to know the length of the track that installs to the window sill.

The closest replacement match we have is the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. Our track length is 10" but the difference should not present any issues with the installation.

You will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time. This set can be used for left and right handed applications.
