Thanks for posting. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe and 15-181 Tandem Housing and 15-182 Drums. This setup works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. If a spring is stamped '5' you can use the S190-540 5 pound spring as a new one. Let me know if you have questions.
