Broken sliding glass door handle

Question

Metal connectors are broken. Looking to replace the connectors.  I'd even replace the wood handle if you have it or similar.

Thanks for writing in! Your patio door handle reminds me of the 82-008 Patio Sliding Door Handle. The keyed version of this set is the 82-008K.

If you are only lookig for the pull handles, take a look at the 88-002 and 88-009.
