Jealousy window, crank and arm

I see on your website that you have right hand crank jealousy window replacement parts. Do you have it in the darker bronze instead of grey. And what other additional parts that might I need to replace or connect the arms?

Hello there. We may be able to help replace this awning operator, but we'll need to see that link arm fully removed so we can see the hole at its end. We also need a clear view of the tabs at the top and bottom of the awning operator. We'll do our best from there.
