I recently ordered your 10-064 and 10-071, but I am having difficulty connecting the pivot to the roller. Can you assist with this install process?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Normally, this pivot is used on a single roller, which is no longer available. I'm afraid the attachment screws are also no longer available. We can't make any promises, but you might be able to adapt the pivot and roller using a 5/16"-18 threaded machine screw. Note that the 10-071 roller bracket will need to be drilled out to accept the 5/16" diameter bolt. You can consult a local hardware store to see what they suggest.
