Hello there. I am confident we can help, but I am not certain of the top nylon attachment. Can you show it to us from a few different angles? Is it whole or is it damaged? If it is damaged, can you show it to us from a different balance (like the other one from this window)? We'll do our very best to help from there.

Thanks for getting back to us. These look like either the S380-24 or S385-24, with a stamp option of 2320; and then also the S380-16 or S385-16, with a stamp option of 1520. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 channel balances is the nylon shoe depth. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.
