Window screen "port" to access window latch

Hi:
Looking for replacement window screen hinged "ports" that open to access the window latch handles. They seem to be fairly standard here in Hawaii but I can't find at big box stores. Trapezoid shape, measures 10 inches across the long side, 8 5/8 along the shorter side parallel to the long side, and 6 inches along the angled sides.
