Window balancer

We are looking to replace several window balancers. They are 30 inches long. by 5/8 inch. We  are not sure of the different series that you have marked on your website or which one to get? Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like a potential match for the Series 351 or Series 390. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below.

Can you also tell us the number stamped on the metal channel? Note that the length is determined by measuring only the metal channel.
