I'm trying to find replacement for this type of key entry patio door.

Hello there. This looks like the 82-244 Mortise Lock. Please compare. If you need the handle set as well, please send us photos of it to us from the front and back of the door, and we'll do our best to help.

Thanks for the photos. Yes, the mortise lock indeed looks like the 82-244. For the handle set, is the thumb lever perfectly centered between the mounting holes, rather than closer to the bottom? I think so but please confirm. If so, see the 82-030A Keyed Handle Set.

I took a picture of the thumb level. Will the parts have instructions for installing?

Thanks for the photo. The thumb lever looks closer to the bottom of the handle set, so you'll need the 82-030B Handle Set instead. The set comes with instructions, but also see our guide below.
