Thanks for your post! This balance shoe is a match for the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. The shoe cam is nylon but I am confident it will work for the repair. It appears you have an 8lb coil, so you'll need the S190-840. Be sure to check the other stamps on the coils to confirm that they are the same.
