Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help supply replacements for this balance, but it must be a custom order due to the special blue washer that regulates the pulley system. Can you measure the bottom shoe's depth as shown below and tell us what you get? It should be 1" or 1.088" deep. 

Can you also tell us the quantity of balances you're looking to order?

Thank you for getting back to us. We don't have a balance with a 1.055" depth, unfortunately. The best we could offer is a 1.088" or 1.032" deep shoe. Please let us know which one you'd like to go with. 

Note that custom orders are nonrefundable, and our minimum is two.
