Glass Patio Door from the upper 1980's-1990's

Thanks for your post. I believe the door handle can be replaced with either the 82-002 or 82-008 Patio Sliding Door Handle. Both of them are available in a keyed version, which have been tagged below.

The keeper appears to be a match for either the 89-018 or the 89-003. 

To determine the correct replacements, carefully review the specifications and compare them to your hardware. Their dimensions can be found on the website.
