Replacement needed

Question

Andersen lock. Back of the plate says "7442-" with nothing following, but below that a bigger number "4" is present. The number on the lever is "C-7442-5". The lever is very loose, appears the black washer is just worn. Looking for replacement plate/lever. The internal mechanisms in the door are all working fine.
