Hi — I need help identifying a Uni-Jel window balance. It’s a single-hung window, and one side has failed. Photos attached. Please let me know the correct replacement.

It looks like you may be showing a type of jalousie window operator. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
