We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need more information to get started. If you could show us the locking tooth from an undamaged tilt latch, as well as write out the exact hole center spacing, we can go from there. 

As for the operator, we'll need to see your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!
