With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S378, S380, or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below.
You'll also need to check the stamp code on the metal channel, which should correspond to one of our strength options. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you so much! Are other end plastics inserts are the same? Balance/channal stamp reading 3435 while options on your website are 3430 and 3440. Would you suggest 3440? Thank you again!

Yes, the top fittings are the same for all three balances. The bottom fitting depth is the only difference. Since your stamp code differs from ours, you'll need to weigh your sash to determine the correct option. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
