Hi. Looking to identify this operator to order the correct part. I also need to know if the cover comes off and how.

Thanks for reaching out! This window operator can be replaced with the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. It doesn't appear you cover is removable, so you'll also need the 39-452 cover and handle kit. The folding handle is the 39-376.
