Hello,
Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar, but the 26-405 or 26-398 may be worth considering. Note that they do not have the same offset, but one of them may still work depending on how the installation hole backset and size of the end that engages with the pivot bar cam compares to yours. Review the specifications of both options and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
