Bob. The video you sent does not pertain to the latch that I have. Tapping it as shown moves it about 1/2 inch, but it won't go further. I broke it apart so that I could get it out to take a picture of it. I found that it needed to be rotated up and out to remove it aft sliding it out that first 1/2 inch. Attached are photos.

Take a look at the 26-393B. This tilt latch pair resembles what's shown here. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old part.
